Commercial Property Executive covered the purchase of a Walnut Creek office asset for $36 million by a joint venture between Cigna Realty Investors and Lowe Enterprises Investors. Manatt’s Timi Hallem, a partner in the firm’s real estate practice, represented Lowe Enterprises Investors in the transaction.

The 1.2-acre office asset in the up-and-coming Walnut Creek market is set to receive a number of capital improvements to its interior and exterior, according to the publication, which will include outdoor seating areas, arrival signage and tenant balconies. The property offers a total of 105,495 square feet of office space that is leased out to a diverse group of tenants.
