Appellate partner Michael Berger authored an article for Daily Journal on the recent decisions in Greene v. California Coastal Commission. In the article, Berger discussed how the ethical issues raised in the trial court and Court of Appeals findings conflicts with established precedence that the court was obligated “to disclose adverse legal authority is an aspect of the lawyer's role as 'officer of the court'.”
