Manatt Health partner Cindy Mann spoke with NPR on the impact returned mail could have on residents enrolled in Medicaid or other public assistance programs. In the article, Mann noted that some states have sought to close cases and cut off health benefits after receiving returned mail in an effort to keep costs down. “But we certainly don't want to cut somebody off while they're still eligible," she added.
