A team led by Manatt Health Partner Brian Bewley and Counsel Katie Dunn and including Associates Michael Herrmann, Krusheeta Patel and Marisa McGrenera served as lead regulatory counsel to Vivo Infusion, a nationally recognized provider of ambulatory infusion care, in the acquisition of Infusion Center of Pennsylvania (ICPA), the largest nonhospital infusion provider in the Philadelphia area. The acquisition will expand Vivo Infusion’s footprint into Pennsylvania and New Jersey, creating 30 ambulatory infusion centers throughout seven states.
Manatt previously advised on the formation of Vivo Infusion by InTandem Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in and helps accelerate the growth of select health care services companies.
