Manatt Health Senior Managing Director Patricia Boozang has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Network for Excellence in Health Innovation (NEHI). NEHI is a member-driven nonprofit that researches and examines tough and timely health care innovation issues from multiple, often divergent, perspectives. It addresses policy and adoption challenges to promote the value of innovative products and processes.
With more than 25 years of experience in health care, Boozang is known nationally for her ability to craft innovative solutions to challenges at the intersection of health care policy, strategy, and business. She manages large, complex engagements for clients that include state agencies, foundations, and leading private-sector health care organizations. Her areas of expertise include federal and state health reform, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, Affordable Care Act Marketplaces, affordable coverage innovations, and delivery and payment system transformation.
