Manatt Represents Digital Brands Group, Inc., in Acquisition of Clothing Brand Sundry

Manatt’s Capital Markets team represented Digital Brands Group, Inc. (DBG), a curated collection of luxury-lifestyle, digital-first brands, in connection with its acquisition of Sunnyside, LLC, otherwise known as the popular brand of women’s clothing “Sundry.” The Sundry acquisition is expected to contribute significant revenue scale and operating leverage to DBG’s Bailey Shop, their multibrand e-commerce site.

The Manatt deal team was led by M&A and Capital Markets Leader Thomas Poletti and Corporate and Finance Partner Veronica Lah and was supported by Corporate and Finance Associate Kai-Jen Chen and Corporate and Finance Associate Adriana Bass.

Manatt previously represented DBG in its initial public offering and subsequent capital raises totaling over $40 million, in addition to its previous acquisitions of Bailey 44, Harper & Jones and Sunnyside.
