Manatt Represents Lowe in Forming Joint Venture With Henderson Park for D.C. Office Conversion

A Manatt team led by Manatt Real Estate Partner Timi Anyon Hallem represented Lowe in the formation of a joint venture with Henderson Park to convert a substantial 563,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C., into residential units. Upon completion, the property will feature approximately 421 modern rental apartments, along with 69,000 square feet of retail and commercial spaces and 545 parking spots.

Lowe, a national real estate firm headquartered in Los Angeles, boasts a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. Over the course of 45 years, Lowe has effectively overseen, developed and procured real estate assets surpassing $28 billion.
