A Manatt team, led by Venture Capital / Emerging Companies Leader and Partner and Associate , with support from Corporate and Finance Associate , Corporate and Finance Associate , Venture Capital / Emerging Companies Counsel  and Tax Attorney  successfully represented Projectworks, a leading project intelligence platform for consulting firms, in a $12 million Series A growth investment led by Ten Coves Capital. The $12 million investment brings Projectworks’s total Series A funding to $15 million, with continued support from existing investors including Bridgewest Group and Punakaiki Fund.

This strategic investment underscores the growing demand for agile, AI-powered solutions in the professional services automation space. Projectworks’s cloud-based platform streamlines time tracking, invoicing, resourcing, forecasting, and reporting—empowering small and mid-sized consulting firms to scale efficiently and compete globally.
