Manatt Represents Lowe in Redevelopment of MainPlace in Santa Ana

A Manatt team led by Real Estate Partner represented Lowe, a national real estate investment, development and management firm, in the development on behalf of the owner, Affinius (formerly USAA), of The Carina in Santa Ana, CA. The project is a cornerstone of MainPlace Mall’s ongoing evolution from a traditional retail center into a vibrant mixed-use hub that blends residential living with shopping, dining and entertainment.

Upon completion, The Carina will deliver 408 multifamily residential units connected to MainPlace’s existing and planned amenities, including the Culinary District, which will introduce locally curated dining concepts and new community gathering spaces designed to serve residents, visitors and the surrounding Santa Ana community.
