Denial of Brady's Petition Calls Into Question His Strategy

Fourteen months after Tom Brady was suspended for 4 games by the NFL Commissioner, after several million dollars worth of litigation, Tom Brady remains suspended for 4 games. Such a poor result calls into question the strategy of challenging a disciplinary system that was collectively bargained between the NFL and the NFL Players Association.
