Manatt’s Sports Law Practice Group Chair Pens Article in Forbes.com on the O’Bannon v. NCAA Class Action

On July 21, Forbes.com published an article by Manatt’s Sports Law Practice Group Chair, Ron Katz, on the class action brought by former UCLA basketball player, Ed O’Bannon, against the NCAA.

The case was presented last month at a bench trial in federal court in Oakland, California, and it is awaiting a decision by the district court judge. To read the article click here.
