NCAA Lambasted by California Appellate Court for McNair Investigation

Yesterday a California appellate court lambasted the NCAA for its shoddy procedures in investigating major infractions, such as the one involving Reggie Bush several years ago. The court authorized a libel and slander case brought by former USC assistant football coach, Todd McNair, relating to his alleged involvement in the Bush case.
