Jake Kim is a litigation associate in the Firm’s San Francisco office. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate, employment and entertainment. His practice involves commercial disputes and complex litigation including defending clients from pre-litigation counseling through trial preparation. His recent experience includes representing a client in a high-profile dispute within the entertainment sector and litigating consumer class actions involving unfair competition claims.

While in law school, Jake served as a law clerk for an appellate litigation firm and as an intellectual property analyst intern for a startup. Jake started as a summer associate at Manatt in 2023 and was brought on as a full-time litigation associate in 2025.
