Janice Kim is a law clerk in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Janice supports the firm on matters involving regulatory compliance, contracts and corporate transactions, with a focus on the data privacy and cybersecurity industries.

Before joining Manatt, Janice was a summer associate at the Firm, where she contributed to several corporate transactions. She also interned at a pharmaceutical company, where she assisted with drafting and editing vendor and service agreements, researched legislation impacting the pharmaceutical industry and helped create a contracts playbook to streamline future agreement preparation. Earlier in her career, she worked for another firm supporting business litigation matters.
