Jessica Sohn is an associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.

Based on her diverse experience in regulated industries, business development and federal judicial research, Jessica advises clients on complex legal, and compliance matters across the cannabis, health care and emerging industries sectors.

Before joining Manatt, Jessica served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gilbert C. Sison of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, where she assisted in researching and drafting memoranda on civil and criminal matters. She also brings entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of a licensed cannabis company with cultivation, manufacturing and distribution operations in California. In that role, she oversaw regulatory compliance, licensing and strategic business development initiatives.
