Kathleen Gallagher is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s San Francisco office.

Before joining Manatt, Kathleen worked at Mathematica, where she supported the business development strategy of the firm’s health care and life sciences practice. She has experience in policy analysis, business strategy and technological innovation. Having provided legal and policy advocacy for individuals with mental health challenges in psychiatric facilities and jails, Kathleen also brings experience at the nexus of health equity and behavioral health policy.
