Kimberly Herbert is a law clerk in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

She advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, policy and transactional matters in the health care industry.

Before joining Manatt, Kimberly worked with the National Health Law Program as part of an externship, where she conducted legal and policy research and contributed to publications and advocacy initiatives addressing access to care and health program administration at the state and federal levels.

Kimberly was also a Summer Associate at Manatt, supporting attorneys and policy professionals on a variety of health care and regulatory projects. Prior to law school, Kimberly gained experience in litigation support and public health program coordination in both private and nonprofit settings.
