Leslie Edelstein is an associate in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

She guides companies on a range of government contracts, regulatory compliance, investigations and litigation matters, helping clients navigate complex interactions with federal, state and local agencies and manage regulatory risk associated with these government entities. 

Leslie assists clients on issues involving the Federal Acquisition Regulation, state and local procurement regulations, agency-specific requirements and disclosure obligations, and government enforcement matters. She also helps clients manage state and federal FOIA inquires and has guided several clients through False Claims Act related inquires, investigations and disclosures. 

Her work includes conducting internal investigations, responding to government inquiries, managing e-discovery, drafting litigation filings and advising clients on compliance and risk-mitigation strategies. She also supports government contracts-related due diligence in connection with corporate merger and acquisitions transactions and advises clients by evaluating regulatory and contractual considerations.
