Madeleine Toups Tranchina
Madeleine Toups Tranchina is a senior manager with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt. She provides policy analysis and development, program implementation support, qualitative research, and strategic counsel on health care policy issues to state agencies, foundations, providers, health plans, and health systems. Madeleine’s project work primarily focuses on Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program, particularly to design, implement, and promote maternal and child health initiatives, including population health management programs, maternal and infant health equity initiatives, pediatric vaccines, and youth behavioral health. Madeleine has supported multiple states and provided technical assistance and support in California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Before joining Manatt, Madeleine was a research assistant for University of Chicago Medicine, where she analyzed and conducted policy research on statewide asthma laws and asthma prevention using statistical modeling.
