Madeline Horner is an associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. 

Madeline supports matters involving education, employment and public agency law. Her work includes legal research and drafting on issues affecting public institutions, particularly in the education context, as well as assisting with litigation-related matters. 

Before joining the firm, Madeline gained experience researching and analyzing complex questions of school district liability and state education law, drafting memoranda and pleadings and supporting case preparation and dispute resolution efforts. 

Madeline brings a background in education that informs her understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks impacting schools and other public entities.
