Madeline Horner

Madeline Horner is an associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. 

Madeline’s practice focuses on a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters, including consumer protection and government compliance. Her work consists of conducting legal research, motion practice, and case support for clients including companies, individuals, nonprofits, and governmental entities. She has experience with Automatic Renewal Laws across states, Washington’s Commercial Electronic Mail Act, and Drip Pricing cases brought against businesses.

Before joining the Firm, Madeline gained experience researching and analyzing complex questions of school district liability and state education law, drafting memoranda and pleadings and supporting case preparation and dispute resolution efforts. Madeline brings a background in education that informs her understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
