Misa Eiritz
Misa Eiritz is a litigator in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Misa advises clients across a myriad of government and regulatory matters including complex civil litigation, investigations and business disputes.
Misa’s litigation matters include actions involving government contracts, statutory and regulatory matters, and civil and administrative enforcement. In commercial litigation, she has handled complex disputes involving unfair competition, real estate and land use, civil contract and business torts, fiduciary disputes, construction, consumer class actions, False Claims Act and customs violations.
Misa has represented a wide variety of clients in state and federal courts, including clients in the banking, education, entertainment, technology and health care industries. Her white-collar defense practice includes representing clients at all phases of government investigations, including responding to grand jury subpoenas and civil investigative demands. She also conducts internal investigations, both internationally and domestically, in response to allegations of misconduct or to government inquiries.
Before joining the firm, Misa served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to law school, she was a staff investigator for the Orleans Public Defenders Office.
