Misa Eiritz

Misa is a litigator in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Misa advises clients across a myriad of government and regulatory matters including investigations and complex civil litigation.

Misa’s litigation matters include actions involving government contracts, statutory and regulatory matters, and civil and administrative enforcement. In commercial litigation, Misa has handled complex disputes involving unfair competition, real estate and land use, civil contract and business torts, fiduciary disputes, construction, consumer class actions, False Claims Act, and customs violations.

Misa also defends companies and executives in white collar criminal and regulatory enforcement matters and guides clients through internal investigations and responding to government inquiries. Misa has represented clients in the banking, education, entertainment, technology, and health care industries.

Before joining the firm, Misa served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to law school, Misa was a staff investigator for the Orleans Public Defenders Office.
