Nikitha Reddy is a consultant with Manatt Health, where she advises health care organizations, government agencies and other stakeholders on health policy transformation and business strategy. Her work focuses on a range of issues, including Medicaid delivery system transformation, social determinants of health, health system strategy and digital health. With a background spanning federal, nonprofit and state government work, she brings a cross-sector lens to helping clients translate complex policy and market developments into strategic action.  

Prior to joining Manatt, Nikitha supported the implementation and evaluation of federal and nonprofit health care initiatives focused on Medicaid innovation, behavioral health, housing, reentry and public health. She co-managed a million-dollar federal initiative to reduce HIV-related stigma, and her research contributed to several best-practice guides for a federal behavioral health agency, one of which was cited in a national HIV/AIDS policy strategy. As an intern with the Illinois Department of Human Services Office of Firearm Violence Prevention, Nikitha helped the state identify and operationalize Medicaid reimbursement pathways for community violence intervention services.
