Olivia M. Ang-Olson

Olivia Ang-Olson is a consultant with Manatt Health, based in the Firm’s San Francisco office. She directly supports clients with policy analysis, operational strategy and research grounded in health equity and care delivery innovation, with a particular focus on underserved communities and public health systems.

Olivia brings a diverse background in health policy and community health interventions. Prior to joining Manatt, she held leadership roles in several Yale-affiliated organizations, including serving as executive director of the HAVEN Free Clinic, where she oversaw strategic planning and daily operations for a volunteer-run, primary care clinic serving uninsured patients in the Greater New Haven Area. She also provided consulting support to the Connecticut Hospice Advisory Council, a group that offers operational and regulatory insights to expand access to palliative care. Her previous experience includes policy research for the Yale Policy Institute, where she led projects on vaccination equity and state-level health system performance.
