Rachel Kane is a consultant with Manatt Health in the Firm's New York office.

She has experience in health policy research, program analysis and health care delivery reform with an emphasis on patient-centered outcomes, quality improvement and health information technology. Rachel is passionate about translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to advance health equity and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations, particularly those with multiple health-related social needs.

Before joining Manatt, Rachel held various consulting roles where she worked with public sector and non-profit clients to implement and evaluate health programs, facilitate stakeholder engagement and enhance patient data collection to advance equitable care delivery. She also played a key role in the development of health technology surveys and resilience-building programs for health care workers. As a graduate student, she supported multiple state agencies in designing multi-payer alignment and affordability initiatives.
