With more than two decades of experience, Sameer serves as a strategic legal partner to clients navigating complex investment structures designed to drive economic growth, expand access to capital, and create lasting community impact.

Sameer’s practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation and execution of sophisticated financing transactions involving the New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, renewable energy tax credits and other federal and state incentive programs. He advises investors, lenders, developers, community development entities and project sponsors throughout the lifecycle of these transactions, helping clients achieve business objectives while managing legal, regulatory and transactional risk.
