Samuel Livingston is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

With experience in life sciences strategy and public health program evaluation, he supports clients across the health care and life sciences sectors in navigating complex policy, market and regulatory environments.

Before joining Manatt, Samuel served as an account manager and senior research analyst with Ipsos Healthcare, where he partnered with leading life sciences companies to deliver market research, competitive intelligence, provider and patient insights, and commercialization strategy. He managed a portfolio of research programs, led analyst teams and developed evidence-based deliverables to inform clients’ product planning and market-entry decisions.

Samuel also brings experience in public health program evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he supported CDC- and NIH-funded evaluations examining program outcomes and generating evidence to guide public health and health policy decisions.
