Sean Dillon is a director with Manatt Health in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory for financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, Sean supports clients in understanding the intersection of legislative and regulatory developments at the federal and state level with company operations in the areas of pharmaceutical services, physician services and post-acute care.

Before joining Manatt, Sean was a principal at Avalere Health, where he led due diligence and strategic advisory projects for financial sponsor deal teams and portfolio company C-Suite executives. His buy-side and sell-side transaction process experience includes companies in specialty pharmacy, infusion services, patient assistance services and oncology care.
