Sophia Nelson is a consultant with Manatt Health, where she supports clients across the health care industry on strategy, policy and business transformation initiatives. She works with health care organizations to address complex challenges through research, analysis and development of actionable strategies.

Sophia’s work focuses on health care business and policy issues, including payment and delivery system transformation, health system strategy, Medicaid and Medicare policy, digital health strategy, coverage and reimbursement considerations. She conducts qualitative and quantitative research, analyzes health care trends and data and develops insights to support client objectives.

Prior to joining Manatt Health, Sophia gained experience in health care strategy, market research and operational improvement.
