Tamsin Kantor is a digital and technology transactions associate in the Firm’s New York office.

She advises clients across a range of industries on technology transactions, intellectual property and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration and other strategic agreements, as well as supporting business development and transactional matters involving data and emerging technologies. She also has experience advising clients on privacy compliance and artificial intelligence (AI) governance issues in the context of complex transactions.

Before joining Manatt, Tamsin was an associate in the technology and IP transactions group at an international law firm and spent seven months on a client secondment with a leading pharmaceutical company.
