Tom Feigenbaum
Tom Feigenbaum is a law clerk in the Firm’s New York office.
He focuses his practice on matters involving advertising, intellectual property (IP) and entertainment law, assisting clients with sponsorship and licensing agreements, regulatory compliance and emerging issues in name, image and likeness (NIL) and antitrust law.
Before joining Manatt, Tom served as a summer associate with the Firm, where he conducted legal research and drafted client alerts and articles addressing developments in advertising, NIL and patent law. He also clerked in the Office of the General Counsel at Northeastern University, supporting the university on labor and employment, IP and student affairs matters. Tom previously worked at a separate firm, where he assisted with business immigration filings.
