Victoria Anders is a consultant with Manatt Health in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Victoria supports clients at the intersection of health policy, government affairs and strategic communications. With background spanning legislative research, health communication and international development, she brings cross-sector experience in designing and implementing policy strategies that address complex system-level challenges.

While earning her dual Master’s in public health and social policy, Victoria was a summer analyst with Manatt. Before joining Manatt, Victoria managed the monitoring and evaluation team on USAID’s flagship nutrition project. She has worked in both the U.S. and Missouri House of Representatives, as well as the Missouri Community Health Commission and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Victoria has also conducted research on issues ranging from state Medicaid financing to reproductive health access and community health misinformation monitoring.
