Yingna Wang is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s New York office. She provides policy analysis, strategic advisement, program implementation and project management support to state agencies and other health care stakeholders, with a particular focus on Medicaid transformation initiatives and Section 1115 demonstration financing. More broadly, she also helps clients navigate the implications of emerging legislative and regulatory health policy developments through the development of timely analyses spanning Medicaid, Medicare, life sciences, and payment and delivery system transformation.

Previously, Yingna worked as a senior program manager at a leading public sector management consulting firm, where she supported various Medicaid transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as an associate program coordinator at a large academic medical center in New York, working on issues related to community maternal and child health.
