Manatt’s Brian Korn, co-chair of the firm’s financial services group, was quoted by Law360 for an article on new data surrounding Regulation A offerings.
The publication noted that three years after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission revamped the rules, Regulation A offerings are still a work in progress.
“I think there is an element here where some of the companies that aren’t able to go public through traditional means probably shouldn’t be public anyway, and the market is effectively telling them that,” said Korn.
