A Manatt team led by Entertainment Partner Sophia Yen successfully represented FilmRise, one of the largest independently owned AVOD streaming networks, in two transactions totaling over nine figures. The transactions involved upsizing FilmRise’s current working capital facility for future entertainment transactions related to the company’s streaming services and licensing business.
