Biro and Lah Named to LABJ's Banking and Finance Leaders of Influence List for Second Year in a Row

Biro was noted for recently representing one of the country’s top-performing banking companies in connection with the closing of a $475 million senior secured syndicated credit facility to a major manufacturer of energy drinks, seltzers and sparkling waters.

Lah’s profile highlighted her role co-leading Manatt’s team as counsel in connection with CVB Financial Corp.'s of Heritage Commerce Corp and its subsidiary bank for approximately $811 million.
