Brian Korn, partner and leader of Manatt’s Fintech and Blockchain and Cryptocurrency practices, will speak at the “Emerging Technology Symposium” hosted by the New York City Bar Association on February 23, 2024.

The Emerging Technology Symposium focuses on the impact of emerging technologies and digital products on various sectors such as commerce, science, health care and national security. The agenda includes discussions on emerging technologies litigation and enforcement, client counseling, ethics and anti-money laundering/counter-terrorist financing issues in the context of emerging technologies. Brian will speak on a panel session titled, “Ethics in Emerging Technologies,” which will focus on various legal aspects related to competency in digital assets and regulatory compliance.
