Esquire, which specializes in providing banking services to the legal community, received roughly $25.2 million in gross proceeds from the offering. The offering included 2,363,873 shares of Esquire common stock, sold at $14 each. In total, Esquire sold 1.8 million shares of its common stock and selling shareholders sold 563,873 shares.
