Investigations and white collar partner Jacqueline Wolff and Manatt Financial Services partner Brian Korn wrote an article for Law Journal Newsletters on the new crowdfunding laws and the enforcement community’s take on them. In the article, Wolff and Korn note that although the laws have been lauded, those in the enforcement community consider them to be especially risky.
