Thomas Poletti and Katherine Blair, partners in Manatt’s capital markets practice, represented Moving iMage Technologies (MITQ), a leading digital cinema company that designs, manufactures, integrates, installs and distributes a full suite of proprietary and custom-designed equipment, in its $12.6 million initial public offering, which is expected to close on July 12, 2021.
Moving iMage Technologies plans to use the proceeds of the deal to fund sales and marketing efforts within the company as well as potential strategic acquisitions.
