Manatt previously represented DBG in a series of significant transactions such as its $10 initial public offering, its $10 million acquisition of Stateside, raising $5 million worth of gross proceeds through the issuance of a senior secured convertible note used to fund the Stateside acquisition, and a $17.5 million equity line of credit.
