A Manatt team led by Venture Capital / Emerging Companies Partner and Technology Transactions Partner , with support from Tax Attorney , represented Palm Tree Crew, the global entertainment, hospitality and lifestyle collective co-founded by record producer and DJ Kygo and Myles Shear, in its newly announced joint venture with Centric Brands LLC.

The strategic joint venture combines Palm Tree Crew’s strong global following and presence across festivals and live experiences with Centric Brands’ expertise in global scale, design, manufacturing, retail and distribution, as well as its extensive portfolio of notable brands including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Disney, Off White, Ugg and many others.
