Manatt Represents Playground in Sale to Procare Solutions

A Manatt team led by Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Partner represented Playground in its sale to Procare Solutions, a leading provider of AI-enabled childcare management software trusted by more than 40,000 centers nationwide.

The transaction combines Procare's long-standing leadership in childcare management technology with Playground's all-in-one platform, which is trusted by more than 5,000 childcare programs across the U.S. and known for its intuitive design, AI-powered tools and highly rated customer support. Through the acquisition, Playground's innovative technology, including Camber, an AI assistant developed specifically for childcare providers, will help expand Procare's suite of solutions and support the continued advancement of technology for early childhood education and care.
