Craig Miller, leader of Manatt Financial Services, led a team in representing Friendly Hills Bank, a Southern California community bank, in its acquisition of three Bank of Southern California, N.A. branches. The branches are located in Orange, Redlands and Santa Fe Springs, California, and the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.
The Manatt deal team included tax partners, Robert Duran and David Herbst; employment and labor partner, Sharon Bauman; and real estate counsel, Raymond Triana.
