Manatt Represents Sayari Labs in Strategic Growth Investment from TPG

A Manatt team led by Corporate and Finance Partner Scott Schwartz and Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Partner Christopher Dayans represented Sayari Labs, Inc., a global leader in financial intelligence and supply chain risk solutions, in a $228 million strategic growth investment it received from TPG, a global alternative asset management firm. Sayari’s founders, employees and existing investors retained a significant stake in the company. This investment will accelerate Sayari’s global expansion in 2024 as they continue to develop groundbreaking technology that tackles the world’s most pressing challenges.

The Manatt team included partners Stephen Libowsky, David Herbst, Rich McDerby, Andrew Zimmitti, and associates Kai-Jen Chen, Melanie DeFiore, Danli Lan and Adam Manning.
