Manatt Supports Formation and Launch of Unified Youth Through Significant Pro Bono Contributions

Manatt was proud to support the formation and launch of , a nonprofit focused on bringing arts, creativity, imagination and play to the center of youth mental wellbeing. Unified Youth, which is a fully independent 501(c)3 organization, recently debuted The Wonder Fund, a first-of-its-kind national investment linking creativity and youth behavioral health. 

“The concept for Unified Youth grew out of our passion for creating positive impact in our communities and investing in the next generation of leaders, so it was natural for us to lean into our strengths and differentiators across the industries in which we work, including health care, entertainment and technology, in order to bring the organization to life,” said Manatt CEO and Managing Partner . “Working on this vision as pro bono counsel and a financial supporter since inception, Manatt is honored to continue its support of Unified Youth and its visionary leaders as it deepens community partnerships to ensure that youth mental well-being is not only addressed, but actively fostered using creativity, imagination and play.”

Originally incubated at Manatt, Unified Youth is born of the Firm’s deep experience in health care, entertainment and digital media, as well as the Firm’s commitment to uplifting and investing in the next generation of leaders. Through financial and pro bono support, Manatt has been an essential partner for Unified Youth throughout its ideation, formation and launch, including having several Firm professionals serving as members of its Founding Board. Manatt Health Leader Bill Bernstein is the Chairperson of Unified Youth’s Board of Directors, and other board members include Manatt Entertainment Leader , Senior Managing Director and Partner .
