Manatt Represents Logan Paul in Anti Fund Partnership

Manatt Partners , and represented Logan Paul in his deal joining Anti Fund as a general partner.

The venture capital firm was founded by Jake Paul and Geoff Woo in 2021 and has since backed several artificial intelligence and robotics companies including OpenAI, Anduril, Ramp, Cognition, Polymarket, Flock Safety and Physical Intelligence. Anti Fund recently announced that it had closed its oversubscribed $30 million Anti Fund I fund, more than doubling its assets.

It is the first time Paul and his brother, Jake Paul, have been business partners.
