A Manatt team led by Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Partner , with support from Mergers and Acquisitions Partner and Tax Associate , represented lead investor Merlin Ventures, a leading U.S.-based venture fund focused on investing in Israeli seed stage cybersecurity companies, in a $140 million Series D funding round for Torq, a pioneer and preeminent agentic AI security operations company.

The new funding will accelerate adoption of the Torq AI SOC Platform, an end-to-end solution that harnesses advanced hyperautomation, alert triage and fatigue reduction to deliver full operational autonomy for global enterprises and government agencies.
