Manatt Advances 10 Legal and Consulting Professionals
Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, a multidisciplinary, integrated professional services firm, announced today the advancement of 10 professionals, effective Jan. 1, 2026—three attorneys to equity partnership, three attorneys to partnership, three consultants to managing directors and one attorney to counsel.

The following attorneys have been promoted to equity partner:
- – Partner / Entertainment / Los Angeles: Nat is a leading litigator and advisor representing prominent clients in high-stakes disputes in the media, entertainment, technology, sports, and artificial intelligence (AI) industries. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles – School of Law.
- – Partner / Financial Services / New York: Having worked across all aspects of legal, regulatory and policy in the startup and digital asset space, Mike offers practical advice to management teams and investors to help startups and venture capital funds navigate overlapping corporate and regulatory issues. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
- – Partner / Manatt Health / Albany: Megan’s practice focuses on providing strategic state and federal advocacy and counsel to a host of health and behavioral health care providers across New York State and nationally, with a particular focus on assisting financially distressed providers. She received her J.D. from Albany Law School.
The following attorneys have been promoted to partner:
- – Partner / Manatt Health / Washington, D.C.: Haider provides guidance on engaging with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to help companies ensure compliance with federal requirements while simultaneously achieving their business objectives. Haider received a J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
- – Partner / Entertainment / Los Angeles: Sandra is a trusted dealmaker representing a wide range of talent across the entertainment landscape, including actors, directors, screenwriters, producers, content creators, artists, authors, podcasters and production companies. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School.
- – Partner / Entertainment / New York: Bernard has significant experience in the live concert and touring sectors of the music business and regularly advises performing artists, talent agencies, music festivals and live performance venues across a wide range of matters in the multifaceted world of live entertainment. He received his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law.
The following consultants have been promoted to managing director:
- – Managing Director / Manatt Health / Chicago: Zoe has extensive experience working on behavioral health initiatives, with a focus on enhancing medical and behavioral health access through better care management. She received her M.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

He received his M.P.P. from American University, School of Public Affairs.

She received her M.P.P. from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
The following attorney has been promoted to counsel:
