This year, the prestigious Top Music Lawyers list recognized leading attorneys in the music industry, and especially those who are helping clients cope with the economic and social upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The publication’s profile of Bromley and the firm highlighted how Manatt is helping its music industry clients analyze and develop strategies around new threats and opportunities stemming from the pandemic, including examining force majeure clauses for touring clients and exploring options to help music businesses survive financially. Bromley also told the publication that the live music business is likely to be the last industry to return post-COVID-19, and that “[Manatt’s] job is to provide clear-headed advice and strategy with that reality in mind.”
